This brings much needed education for law enforcement on not only the ORC codes related to this issue but the signs and symptoms of this potentially life-threatening crime. It's vital for officers to gain knowledge about conducting interviews with individuals involved in such cases, as well as the correct procedures for documenting and preserving evidence related to this offense.
